Vision Festival 2023 Conference

This year dgimedianyc will be documented The Arts For Arts Vision Festival for the first time and is excited for the opportunity. To kick off the festival is the 2023 Conference on the Legacies of Black Creative Arts / Spirit of the Ancestors.


This free, all-day educational event will speak of the profound unifying spirituality underlying traditional and cutting edge Black Creative Arts and the struggle for justice and non-erasure. The event was organized by Carter Mathes (Rutgers University), Patricia Nicholson (Arts for Art Founder), Kehinde Alonge (Rutgers University) and Michael Heller (University of Pittsburgh)


Saturday, June 10 starting 10 AM to 5:30 PM at The Clemente Flamboyan Theater in NYC. It's located on 107 Suffolk Street, near Delancey Street.
